A studio built around the work, not the hardware
Most media systems fail quietly. A cable is patched to the wrong port, a timecode reference drifts by a
frame, a storage pool fills at three in the morning. Beezknees Media Limited exists to make those failures
rare and their consequences small. We are a computer integrated systems design practice, which means we
think about the equipment and the software and the people who operate both, as one connected organism.
Our studio systems integration service starts with a survey of how a room is
actually used, not how a brochure says it should be used. From there we produce rack layouts, power
schedules, signal flow diagrams and a phased build plan. When the room is finished, we stay long enough to
train the operators who will run it, because a system nobody understands is a system waiting to break.
Signal movement is the heart of the craft. Our broadcast workflows practice
designs the paths a frame takes from camera to audience, including the redundancy and monitoring that
make those paths trustworthy. We consider ingest, routing, playout and archive as a single chain, and we
make sure every link in that chain reports its own health.
After the shoot, the work continues. Our post-production pipelines connect
editorial, grading, audio and review into one shared fabric, so that a change made in one seat is visible
in the next. We size storage against real production behaviour, and we build automation around the tasks
that consume the most human time.
Meanwhile our media asset platforms make sure that nothing finished is ever lost.
Catalogues, metadata and retention rules are designed together, so that a clip can be found a decade after
it was first ingested. We treat the archive as a product that must remain useful, not a warehouse that
simply grows.
